I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Funtivity Friday - Art Projects: Layered Stars of David

Here is a super easy but fun holiday art project.  See below for directions on how to make a layered Star of David in honor of Hannukah.

What You Will Need

Colored paper
Glue
Scissors

Directions

1) Pick out a color of paper cut out two triangles in that color.

2) Glue one triangle upside down on top of the other in the shape of a star.

3) Choose a different color of paper. Cut out two slight smaller triangles.

4) Glue those triangles in the shape of a star on top of the other star.

5) Repeat steps 3 and 4 as many times as you want or as many times as you can fit smaller stars inside the stars you have already made.

Enjoy!

Tune in Sunday for this week's Sunday Scoop.

  2. Thanks. We try to create crafts which allow a lot of room for people to make them their own and not make it necessary for each one to be exactly alike, Thanks for visiting Says Mom and for your comment.
