I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Coco Key Water Resort Mt. Laurel

We were given free tickets to Coco Key Water Resort Mt. Laurel for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.

Me - Coco Key Water Resort, wow! Coco Key Water Resort Mt. Laurel was so much fun. I liked that it was good for different ages. I liked the lazy river. I liked the tube slides, both the one  in total darkness  and the one with light. I also liked the body slide.  Another thing I liked was this Lily pad thing where you had to try and cross without falling into the water. I didn't really mind the buckets of water dropping onto my head in the playground area, but I didn't like  it that much. My sister really didn't like the buckets of water dumping on her head. She was actually better about it then she would have been before. Over all, she was a lot braver about everything. Normally, I try almost everything, and she hardly wants to go on anything. This time she tried almost everything too. So, we had a really good time together. It was really cool that the water park was right in the hotel. It was also convenient for people staying in the hotel. The park was much bigger and much more fun than I expected.

Mom - Here are just a few of the attractions at Coco Key Water Resort Mt. Laurel

Parrot's Perch: A splash park within the park including water cannons, slides and dumping buckets of water.

Coconut Grove Lazy River : If you just want to sit in an inner tube and glide through the water this is the place to do it just beware of the occasional splash zone.

Pelican's Plunge: A tube slide which you can go down by yourself or with another person in a tube built for two.

Shark Slam - A 4 foot tall and almost 300 foot long body slide:

Even a slide for the littlest guests that lands in water only a foot deep:

Lily Pad Adventure: A pool where you challenge yourself to get across without falling in the water by using overhead ropes and jumping from Lily pad to Lily pad.

Plus a whole lot more.

Any or all of these things may seems very similar to attractions at other water parks. However, Coco Key Mt Laurel is not like any other  water park. What sets it apart is the whole atmosphere. From the moment, you arrive, it feels warm and welcoming and not at all overcrowded and overwhelming like some other water parks may be.  People of all ages, sizes and temperaments can have a good time at Coco Key Mt. Laurel.

And that's our view. What is your favorite water park attraction?

Tune in tomorrow for Funtivity Friday.
