I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Some people have good luck. Other people make their own luck although perhaps sometimes they can go a little overboard to the detriment of others. Although in life this can be annoying, hurtful, or even damaging, it can be fun to read about a person like this in a novel. 

In A Sociopath's Guide to a Successful Marriage by MK Oliver, the main character, Laila Rook, is a woman who gets what she wants no matter what means are necesssary for her to achieve her goals. You wouldn't want her as a friend (she'd probably stab you in the back anyway literally or figureatively), but she is oh so deliciously fun to read about.
