Always Eat After 7PM: Week 3

When I eat right, I sleep better . When I sleep better I can concentrate more. I get more done in a day because I am not always lacking energy and in constant danger of falling asleep. I am much more focused, and I can actually finish my work at a decent hour . Then, I have more time to relax and read and spend time with my family.
