Me - Memphis was a good show. It was about a white man who liked black music, and he wanted to get everyone to like it. The show was interesting. I didn't really know about that time period in history so it was fascinating to learn about. The songs were fun. A lot of them were very upbeat. The acting was excellent. The guy who played the main character was especially good. He was really believable in the part. The singing voices were pleasant. The dancing was also excellent especially the character of Bobby. His dance was really cool! I liked everything about the show. Over all, it was a good show, and I would highly recommend seeing it.
Mom - Memphis is the story of a disc jockey who wanted to introduce black music to white audiences. It is loosely based on an actual Memphis disc jockey from the 1950's Dewey Phillips. It is a very entertaining show with a lot of  great songs. The characters are interesting. The show is full of lively dancing. The dance performed by Robert Harris as the character of Bobby to the song Big Love is a particular standout. I can't imagine that the number could have been performed any better on Broadway even though it was played there by James Monroe Iglehart who was so amazing in his Tony winning role as the Genie in Aladdin. The cast in this production of Memphis over all was very good.  Their acting, singing and dancing were all first rate. Matt Coakley in the lead role of Huey Calhoun was especially terrific  and so believable in his role. All in all, it was a greatly entertaining show.
