That's where Cobblestone Magazine comes in. Cobblestone Magazine is a fun and interesting way for Kids to learn about American history. There are 9 issues of the magazine a year all of them completely ad-free. The current October issue is a special one devoted to Alexander Hamilton. See below.

This issue includes articles on:

Hamilton the Musical                                      and           America's First Money Manager

This is only a small sample of what is included in the issue. There are also lots of other great articles. Other issues of the magazine are devoted to other historical events and/or figures.

Cobblestone magazine is also currently running a Rap Into History Challenge for kids ages 9-14.  The challenge will run through October 25 and winners will be announced on November 18. For more about that see our previous post: Sunday Scoop Week of 10/9/16 or visit http://www.rapintohistory.com/

  7. I have always thought John F. Kennedy would be neat to talk to. He had a good balance of politics and common sense, it seemed.
