Me & Mom - Pier 25 Miniature Golf was fun. It is not particularly special nor is the course particularly exciting. There are no cute little buildings. It is, however, an easy course to follow even though the hole numbers are not always clear. The holes are just one after another and not in some strange configuration like at some courses.
You are only allowed 4 shots per golfer at each hole. At least, this is true when the course is crowded. We have not been there when it is not. However, it is possible to get the ball in the hole in 4 shots at least at most of the holes even for people like us who are not particularly good golfers. Overall although it is definitely not the most thrilling miniature golf course in the world or even the most exciting course we have ever been to, it is definitely enjoyable, and you can have a good time there.
There are also plenty of other things to do at Pier 25. Here are just a few examples. There is a beach volleyball court. There is a playground. There is even a retired Coast Guard Cutter you can visit. We hope to post more about the latter in a future post. For more about Pier 25 Hudson River Park and what there is to do there, visit pier25.com.
And that's our view. Tune in tomorrow for Theater Thursday.
