Little Christmas Miracles is a family-friendly original holiday story. It is meant for older children as there are some aspects of the story which may be disturbing to younger children including children dealing with the death of their father and a mother and son lost in a snow storm. The show is not a musical but there are songs in it. Some are sung by members of the cast and fit within the plot. Others are sung by professional singers. While their voices are nice, the songs are just okay, and it takes you out of the story when you have to wait for a singer to come out of the audience and go up on stage to sing a song.

The plot of the story is fairly interesting and has a lot of potential as it deals with a couple of kids dealing with the death of their father. However, everything resolves too quickly and the story is not as interesting as it could have been. This could be because of the show's short running time. Since the show is mostly geared toward older children who have longer attention spans, the show could have been a little longer and a little more developed and a little more interesting. Still, it is nice to see a new original show during the holiday season and not another one of the endless variations of A Christmas Carol, It's a Wonderful Life or some other holiday chestnut.

And that's our view. For more about Little Christmas Miracles or to purchase tickets, visit littlechristmasmiracles.com.
