Me - Shipwrecked Escape rooms are fun. There are three escape rooms. We participated in two of them. The first was Temple Escape. It was really dark. There was a red light and that was the only light. It was really hard. I liked that you could get free clues. We were not able to solve the room, but without the clues, we would have done even worse. One part of it was hard to do because I am short and so is my mom, and you had to reach up really high. Other than that the other stuff wasn't too hard. We just were not at good at figuring out what to do. The other escape room we participated in was Mission Reactor. That was fun. However, we did even worse figuring out how to solve that. There was one step that was really hard, and we just could not get even though, the guys working there kept giving us numerous hints. They were really nice. In the end, they told us how the escape should have been completed so we knew even though we hadn't been able to complete it. I liked that they did because that otherwise I wouldn't know, and I hate not knowing things. All in all, I had fun at Shipwrecked's Escape rooms even though we didn't solve either one.

Mom -   Shipwrecked Escape Deck consists of three different themed rooms. The first room is Temple Escape where the object is to locate artifacts and solve ancient puzzles to find your escape route. The second is Mission Reactor where you are in an escape pod from the International Space Station and you have to reactivate the three reactors to escape. The third is a haunted house. Whether you are good at solving puzzles or not, all three rooms are extremely entertaining.  The super helpful staff will give you plenty of hints along the way if you need them. If you are afraid of being trapped in a small room for twenty five minutes, you needn't be. The rooms are spacious enough to not be claustrophic. Also, you do not have to wait for the twenty five minutes to be up to get out, you are free to leave at any time. Besides, twenty five minutes can go by a lot faster than you think especially when you are having fun. Even if you never solve the room at all, you are still going to get out, and you still will have had a fun experience.  If you are looking for an indoor diversion on a day that is too rainy or too sunny or just any day at all, Shipwrecked Escape Deck is a great choice.

The escape rooms are not recommended for very young children. There are a loud noises, darkness, smoke and other things that may frighten young children. The haunted escape room in particular is recommended for ages 13 and above because it may be disturbing to younger children. Shipwrecked Escape Deck is open daily. Check the website listed below for hours. Reservations are recommended if you want to make sure you get the times you want, and you don't have to wait.
