Let's Talk About Life in Pieces

Me- Life in Pieces is a about a big family. Every week they do three separate stories that have to do with different members of the family. I like it a lot. It is one of my favorite shows on TV right now. It's funny. The plots are interesting. Occasionally things that happen or things people say remind me of my family. The characters are likeable, but sometimes some of them can be annoying. That's how families are so it makes it real. The baby on the show is really cute. The baby's name is Lark. I don't like that name. There are also two dogs. One is named Princess. I forget the other dog's name. The dogs are cute. Life in Pieces was my favorite new show last season. This season I am not really interested in any of the new shows.

Mom - TV Shows are always being hyped as the greatest this or the greatest that. Last year, when the new comedy, Life in Pieces began airing and they said it was "The Best New Comedy of the Season", they weren't kidding. Life in Pieces a show about a large extended family was the rare show that actually lived up to all the hype. The show was original. Each episode is made up of four separate stories that run one after the other and are all wrapped up within the episode. The show is funny. The stories are often about regular every day things like getting a dog or buying a car or a daughter lying to her mother to hang out with her friends and then getting caught. The fact that it's all so relatable makes it even funnier. The acting is good. The show is a mix of  familiar veteran actors like James Brolin and Dianne Wiest, actors that seemed to have bounced around from show to show never really having a hit  before like Zoe Lister Jones and Betsy Brandt and newcomers like the three young actors who play Betsy Brandt's children. This year in its second season, the show hasn't lost anything. It is just as funny as ever. With so many channels and so many things to watch, there are very few I really look forward to watching every week, this is one of them.

And that's our view. What TV shows do always look forward to watching?

Tune in tomorrow for Tips for Tuesday.
