Funtivity Friday: Fun With Magic

Whether you want to read magical tales, perform magic yourself or you just want to watch someone else perform magic, there are so many ways to enjoy magic.
1) Magic Books:
Magic books come in two types
Books that involve magic: 
Example: The Harry Potter books
These books don't actually teach you how to do magic tricks. Magic is just part of the plot.
Books that actually teach you how to do magic

2) Another way to learn to do magic is on-line

3) Magic Performances
There are also two different ways to watch magic.

Magic on TV:
Aside from the occasional magic specials by such magicians as David Copperfield, David Blaine and Kriss Angel, there have also been TV series about magic including:

Masters of Illusion the TV Show
Penn & Teller: Fool Us

Live Magic:

1) In Las Vegas - Many famous magicians including Penn & Teller, David Copperfield and Kriss Angel either have a regular show in Las Vegas or play frequent engagements there.

2) In a city near you.- Here are some of the magic shows currently on tour:

The Illusionists - The Illusionists Turn of the Century will be coming to Broadway in New York for an extended run from November 25 through January 1.
