Where-To-Go Wednesday - Improv4Kids

We were given free tickets to Improv4Kids for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own based on our experience.

What: Improv4Kids

Where: Broadway Comedy Club
           318 W. 53rd Street
           New York, New York

Who: All ages

Our view: If you want a good laugh for your whole family, go see Improv4Kids. The show is completely improvisational and completely interactive. The talented cast performs skits and songs using audience suggestions. It is not that every single aspect of the show is chosen by the audience. However, audience suggestions are part of every sketch. Audience members are also given the chance to come up on stage and participate in some of the sketches. This is the kind of show that you can definitely see more than once, since no two shows are exactly the same. Before we went to the show, we thought that Improv4Kids meant that young kids actually performed in the show. That is not the case. However, for kids who are interested in learning improv, they do run summer camps and classes that are actually for kids ages 7-17. For more information about that or to check out the schedule of shows or to order tickets to a show go to http://improv4kids.com/

For $10.00 tickets this weekend mention Says Me Says Mom at the door!

And that's our view. Tune in  tomorrow for more about Improv4Kids.
