Where-To-Go Wednesday - Mo Math: The National Museum of Mathematics

What: Mo Math: The National Museum of Mathematics

Where: 11 East 26th Street
            New York, New York

Who: All ages

Our view: Whether you like math or not, you will have a good time at the National Museum of Mathematics also known as Mo Math. It is a Museum full of interactive exhibits that are fun for all ages. You can play with robots. You can create your own designs or even your own Mo Math logo. You can sit in a chair that spins or pull yourself along in a boat out of water or even ride a bicycle with square wheels.  These are just a few of the enjoyable activities you can engage in at this entertaining museum. If your kids are not interested in anything that involves learning bring them here, and they will learn things without even realizing it. If math class were half as fun as this museum, it would be everybody's favorite class instead of something that many students dread. Another nice thing about the museum is they have a very well trained and pleasant staff. There always seems to be somebody around when you need help which is not true of many other museums (and many other places in general) that we have been to. The National Museum of Mathematics is open every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM except on Thanksgiving. Also the first Wednesday of every month, it closes early at 2:30 PM. And that's our view. Tune in to tomorrow's Talking Topics post for more about Mo Math.
