I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

    I haven't done any fun things and it is getting to me! Really feeling rather depressed Third week of exercising and haven't lost a pound. Had a vacation planned for mid August and now even that seems questionable

    We are staying pretty close to home this year. We will have a lot of pool time with our 2 grandsons.

    I have a lot of fun things planned for the rest of the summer. My mom is coming to visit finally from NY and I have a camping trip with friends. I recently started a long distance relationship and have some trips planned there as well

    I’m going to take some time to explore the city Of Independence, KY. I’m trying to be optimistic about the current situation. I think of it like I’m the main character in a novel/movie.
