I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Circus Xtreme and Cirque Du Soleil: Paramour

Me -  Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus Xtreme  was fun. I especially liked the dog act. They had this really cute tiny little dog. There was one part when the tiny dog came ou of a hat. The hat looked really big because the dog was so small. It was so funny and cute when this big dog was leading this little dog around on a leash. I also liked the tiger act. The tigers were really cute. There were some white tigers and some regular tigers. They were so pretty. The trainer is brave to be around all those tigers. I liked the tightrope walking act. It was cool! They were strong and brave. I don't see how you discover a talent like that. There was this glow in the dark act. It looked cool, but the act itself wasn't that cool.  I liked that the clowns were normal clowns and not like the other circuses I have been to, but they were just a distraction. They weren't that funny. I liked that they looked like real clowns though. I miss the elephants. I love elephants. The Circus is not the same without elephants.

We were given tickets to Cirque Du Soleil: Paramour for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.

Me - Paramour was a unique show. It was a mix of a show and a circus. The show was not the most original, but the acrobatics were amazing. They did flips and jumps. They did tricks on ropes hanging down from the ceiling,  Even though the plot of the show was not very original, the acting was good. The singing was okay, but I don't remember any of the songs, During most of the songs, I was too busy looking at the Cirque Du Soleil tricks, and I couldn't pay attention to the song. The show had a lot of romance in it. I am not at all into romance. The show was in the Lyric Theatre, I had never been there before. I was surprised by how big it was. There was a service called Ordertorium. They had menus velcroed to the back of the seats in front of you, and you could ordered food and have it delivered right to your seat, but only before the show and at the intermission.  All in all, it was a decent show with great acrobatics, and its definitely worth seeing Cirque Du Soleil whenever you can. And that's Aurella's view. Tune in tomorrow for Funtivity Friday.
